*Please be sure to read these terms before using our guide service and, when you consent with the terms, make reservations.

For cancellation made no less than 8 days prior to the scheduled date, you will not be required to pay a cancellation fee. 

 

For cancellation made no more than 7 days prior to the scheduled date for your own reason, payment of cancellation fee is required as follows. Therefore, please contact us via official LINE, by telephone, etc., as soon as possible if you can’t make it.

 

In case of rescheduling, payment of cancellation fee may not be required.

 

Cancellations made between 7 days and 4 days prior to the scheduled date: 10% of the guide fee (cancellation fee is not required for rescheduling)

Cancellations made between 3 days and 2 days prior to the scheduled date: 30% of the guide fee (cancellation fee is not required for rescheduling)

Cancellations made on the day before the scheduled date: 50% of the guide fee (cancellation fee is not required for rescheduling)

Cancellations made on the day: 100% of the guide fee (cancellation fee is not required for rescheduling)

 

I’m afraid that, due to our unavoidable circumstances, your reservation may be canceled. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

In case of bad weather, the guide service may be canceled for security, even on the day of the guide service.

In such case, we will inform you by telephone in advance.

Due to a change in the weather, etc., the guide service may be canceled after the start of it.

In case of the interruption of the guide service due to bad weather and the cancellation due to boat trouble, we adjust the guide fee in proportion to the elapsed time.

I’m afraid that we cannot refund the guide fee for any interruption of the guide service due to your own reasons.

The guide shall not be responsible for any trouble (including theft, accident, damage) during the guide service or within the marina.

Please note that the damage, etc. to the tackle during the guide service will not be compensated

In case of damage to the boat or equipment caused by your carelessness, we may charge you for the repair costs.

When traveling on the boat or casting, please be careful about the things around you.

Though our guide service does not assure you of fishing results, the captain will help you with your desired fishing method and plan wholeheartedly, and we will operate the fishing guide service so that you can thoroughly enjoy fishing. 

In the event of the occurrence of an accident, compensation for damages will be made within the coverage of the hull insurance.

The guide shall not be liable for any and all trouble caused by your own carelessness.
